This Agreement is between NAAMA Corporation ( collectevely NAAMA ) and you ("you" or "Customer") This Section sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to the use by you of the Ovante skin natural products distributed by NAAMA Corporation (as defined below) and any other subscription product or service offered for sale by Naama and/or its affiliates. The right to use any product or service offered by Naama is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Naama Corporation reserves the right to make changes to the Naama sites, policies, and these Terms at any time without notice.

1. Use of the NAAMA Sites

The Naama Sites contain links to other Web sites, resources and advertisers. Naama is not responsible for the availability of these external sites nor does it endorse or is it responsible for the contents, advertising, products or other materials made available on or through such external sites. Under no circumstances shall Naama be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused to a user in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such external site. You should direct any concerns to such external site's administrator or webmaster.

Naama neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the Naama sites, nor for any offensive, defamatory or obscene posting made by. 4. Shipping.

Our standard ground shipping takes from 10 to 14 business days within the continental United States. International shipments take 14-21 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason.

4. Cancellation Policy.

Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.

5. Return Policy.

Please try and honestly use Ovante natural skin care products as directed. If you are not satisfied with the products, you are eligible to request a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. You have 30 days to request a refund.
Requests for a refund must be made online and submitted with your order information and explanation of why you wish to return the product. You will recieve confirmation of your cancelation via email once our customer service department has identified your eligibility for a return under our policy. Please do not call a refund.
