Blackheads or comedones mostly present on the face and caused by excess oil which clogs skin pores. Often blackheads may appear in the T-zone of your nose and forehead or other parts of the body. It is always important to read labels before buying any cosmetic products. Healthy diet, low fat products and drink a minimum of eight glasses of water a day. Don't forget to change a pillow case as often as you can as it may collect oil on your face. Washing the face as many as twice times a day. Washing more often will dry your skin. Very important to wash your face before bed. After washing your face, dry off with a clean towel.
