Clindamycin and acne .
Clindamicin - is another oral antibiotic, but can also be used to treat acne as a topical antibiotic.
The major side effect of clindamycin is serious intestinal infection. It used twice a day and as all antibiotics
can not be used for longer that 2 - 3 weeks to avoid the side effects.
As you may noticed, the antibiotics, eventhough widely prescribed for acne treatment are only good for few 2 - 3 weeks,
