Acne skin improvement usualy a long quest of tries and errors, as it has many things which can turn acne treatment experience in a nightmare or make it fast and effective. Many times the success in acne treatment and the skin improvement depends on which treatment we choose and how we use it.

No matter what some people say, when it boils down to choosing acne treatment and following up post acne skin improvement, many will say that if they had to start the acne treatment process all over again, they would not repeat the path they took. Many mistakes alog the way were easily avoided and yet, most mistakes in acne treatment caused some side effects and even left over scars to deal with.

All topical acne medications (acne creams, acne gels and acne lotions) are devided into two caterogy. There are acne medications made with chemicals, antibiotics and even hormones which should be used with coution and there are natural acne remedies whith all natural ingredients, vitamins and minerals. These two type of acne treatments are available and most used to treat mild and severe acne. There are some acne home recepies available as well which can be used to treat mild acne sucsessfuly as well.

How to choose acne treatment is entirely up to you, unless you have severe acne (cysts and noudles) where you need medical advice and strong blend of chemicals and antibiotics to slow down the infecton. Mild acne are well treated with topical creams and should not be harmed with harsh chemicals. But, chemicals are widely prescribed to treat acne. Here are some of the antibiotics used to treat acne:

    Tetracycline and acne.
Tetracycline - used twice a day but must be used on empty stomach and as all antibiotics can not be used longer that 2 - 3 weeks. There are some side effects assosiated with the use of Tetraciclyn in acne treatment.

    Erythromycin and acne.
Erythromycin - used twice a day with lower dosage than Tetracycline and can be used on full stomache. The use of Erythromycine in acne treatment assosiated with side effects such as upset stomach and nausea, can be used in pregnant women.

    Minocycline and acne.
Minocycline - used to treat acne and must be taken oraly twice a day. Can not be used longer than 2 - 3 weeks and have side effects such as: dizziness, nausea, vomiting, skin pigmentation changes, and tooth discoloration. The skin and tooth changes are seen more often in people who have taken minocycline for a long time so don't take it for long time or don't take it at all.

    Doxycycline and acne.
Doxycycline - used if the other two antibiotics does not help. Doxycycline is taken oraly twice a day and as all antibiotics have side effects which you must be aware off. The side effects of Doxycycline are significant nausea and increased sensitivity to the sun. This antibiotic must be taken with food.

    Clindamycin and acne .
Clindamicin - is another oral antibiotic, but can also be used to treat acne as a topical antibiotic. The major side effect of clindamycin is serious intestinal infection. It used twice a day and as all antibiotics can not be used for longer that 2 - 3 weeks to avoid the side effects.

As you may noticed, the antibiotics, eventhough widely prescribed for acne treatment are only good for few 2 - 3 weeks, after that perioud has passed, the antibiotics will stop responding and star showing some side effects. Therefore, if you think, it is possible to treat your acne withing this short period of time and you are not affraid of the side effects, then the antibiotics in acne treatment should be your choice. Because if antibiotics fail (which happens in most cases), that you have to start more severe and harsh acne therapy with:

    Accutane and acne.
Accutane - used mostly to treat nodular, pustular acne that did responded to courses of different oral and topical antibiotics.

    Tretinoin and acne.
Tretinoin - is another way of using vitamin A to trteat acne. Tretinoin can be found as active ingredient in such acne products like (Retin-A, Avita, Renova).

The advantages of using natural creams in acne treatment are not only in lack of side effects. The natural acne creams can be used for long time and be effective. Before choosing your acne medication, always check the list of ingredients. Ovante acne cream (ABC) made withh 100% natural vitamins and minerals to treat your acne fast and effectively.

Acne Natural treatment in Skin improvement

Acne vulgaris are caused by well know things and factors. Among things causing acne are an unhealthy diet, stress, lack of proper daily acne regiment. There are many acne treatments available, natural and chemical based which will affect the skin improvement. Most acne treatments can be bought from the pharmacies, some on Internet. The question is: how to get rid of acne fast, effectively and inmprove your skin?

Acne creams and acne lotions from the pharmacies in some cases will solve the acne, but the cost of some of the over the counter acne medications may be pricey and the efficacy of many acne over the counter acne products is very questionable.

Many of the acne creams and acne lotions contain benzoyl peroxide and tea tree oil, which kill the bacteria that cause you pimples. You can have a look for creams containing benzoyl peroxide in the pharmacies, and usually they are not very expensive. Benzoyl peroxide introduce oxygen into pores which kill the bacteria that produce acne outbreaks.

Tea tree oil is another powerful anti-fungal and anti-bacterial ingredient for skin improvement, widely used to fight skin infections including acne and rosacea. It can be applied several times a day and the rosacea redness and acne will go away overtime. However, overdose of benzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil will irritate your skin, therefore, it must be used with care.

One of the well known among acne sufferers home remedy is oatmeal mask, which can be applied in order to get rid of acne and to improve skin. Most people use the oatmeal mask by mixing oatmeal with water and applying it on the face. Oatmeal is one of the best natural ingredients if you will, for reducing the production of the skin fat. If you have oily skin, you may want to try to use the oat meal mask. As you know, the oily skin or "over production" of skin fat is one of the mail factors causing acne and pimples.

The kaolin powder with witch hazel is another popular and effective anti-acne mask, which will clean up your skin pores from dirt and skin fat. It is also good and effective when used on backne. This anti acne mask is applied on your face, kept until it dry and then washed with warm water.

The Ovante ABC Acne and Blemish Control cream has the most natural ingredients for skin improvement in in its formula than any other acne product and has proven itself as one of the most effective over the counter acne products. Check out the list of the natural ingredients and compare with other acne creams and lotions.

If anything from this list of effective acne treatment tips doesn’t work, than seeing your family doctor can be a good idea. Family doctor will prescribe antibiotics for healing up your acne and for the skin improvement. However, you must not only be aware of the long side effects of using antibiotics but also aware that antibiotics can be used for no longer than TWO weeks.

    Acne control and treatment advices.

Acne is a problem but not as big as it seems, even though, a lot of people deal with acne at some point in their lives. Acne can be mild or more severe and indeed it can change the way we feel about ourselves. Living with acne is not fun, but it doesn't have to define you or control your life. We have put together some facts to help you learn how to build yourself up while searching for acne treatments which will clear up your acne.

Acne battle is battle of many.
You are not along in battle against acne. Acne is very common skin problem in the World. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, over 17 million people in the US suffer from acne. To be precise:
    80% of teens
    25% of all adult men
over 50% of all adult women
Even though, it is easy to feel along while suffering from acne, you are not. Many teenagers, and adults do suffer from acne.

    Acne treatment must start immediately.
Best advice any one can give is to begin acne treatment immediately. Do not wait and see what happens. The sooner the better is what you must go by. Begin treating acne early. Early acne treatment is good not only for your skin but also for your self-esteem. This statement is very true especially for teenagers. Start acne treatment as soon as possible. Don't wait just to see if pimples will go away on its own. Most likely, they won't and you will not grow out of acne. By starting treatment early, in most cases acne can be controlled way before they have the chance to progress in to a more severe form (nodules, cysts). Treating acne early will also minimize the chances of scarring.

    See the dermatologist.
If the acne got worse and went to the next, more severe stage, there is still hope. You need to see a dermatologist right away as they can suggest a treatment plan to help with your acne treatment. Give acne treatments and medications time to work. You must not forget that everything takes time. Skin Improvement and acne treatment will take time. You need to be very patient in order to get effective acne treatments and to give your skin a chance to heal. Every acne medication works differently. Natural acne medications usually take longer to show its efficacy but they don't have the side effects and can be used for long time. The chemicals and antibiotics usually have very fast positive effects on acne but they have the side effects and can not be used for long time. Therefore, depending on medication you chose, wait at least a months before deciding that the treatment isn't working.

    Acne treatment consistency.
For acne medication to be effective, you must use it consistently, every day, as directed. Consistency in acne treatment is the key to success. Even though, it may be tempting, don't need to jump from one treatment to another. Try different acne products. Don't stick with the proven treatments just because they were around for many years. It does not mean they are effective. Most of the treatment are nothing but heavily advertised commercials which don't cure acne as they advertised. Most times, the one nobody ever heard of is the one that will treat your acne.

    Acne ingredients.
Always read the list of ingredients in acne products. Many acne products (mostly once you see on TV) have harsh chemicals and antibiotics in their ingredients. Advertisers of such products don't usually tell that the antibiotics can be used no longer than two weeks. Therefore, choose your acne medication wisely. Better yet, stick to natural acne treatments as they don't have the side effects and can be used as long as it needed to be used.

    Care for Your Skin Daily
Best results in acne treatment can be achieved with proper daily skin care. Acne medication will work effectively if the daily skin care regiment is followed at all times. Use make up as less as possible
Hide your breakouts with make up should be avoided but: Many teenagers try to conceal breakouts and pimples. It is not recommended though and you should not wear any make up at all. But if you must wear makeup choose one labeled oil-free and non comedogenic.

Shave with acne - shave with care.
Men must avoid shaving over acne breakouts as much as possible, as it will further irritate the follicles. Even though it is more difficult to shave, but trying to use an electric razor and shaving as infrequently as possible will prevent from new break outs and acne.

    Don't pick acne
Picking or poppng at your pimples. Never pop or pick your acne and the skin. Acne picking will increase chances of scarring, and possibility of new infection. It also lengthens healing time and can worsen acne.
