How i got rid of my blackheads

I red many messages in different acne forums and blogs about the way ather people got rid of black heads. I ve had it so bad
that any where i go one will look at them and not at me. It started affecting my social life, relationships, work. During i say last 4 years i tried so manu things like BHA, AHA, Mandelic acid, products with BP in it and so on. Not to mention how much i spent on all this stuff. Whenever I tried some new treatment it would start helping and start showing some positive results initially, but eventually after a week or two the problems start getting worse again.
But i did not give up and was trying different lotions, cleansers, washes, moisturizers etc.etc.etc
Finaly, About five or six months ago fist i found this site and then after readindg comments from other people I found that for some of them the baby brush exfoliation method did work pretty goog.So i sterted using it and i'll tell you, it did not give me immideate - noticable improvements but right after secod or third try, i started to feel different...it was liike one of those things - when you know that it is yours.
Anyways..here is my own regiment so read it, maybe it will help you as well.
First and the most important, you must exfoliate your face every day with baby brush for about three - five minutes(in the shower ofcorse) and make sure you do it everyday.
Just simple and very gentle circular motions without any presure. After a while you will get the hang of it. When i did it, i did it on my forehead, cheeks, nose, chin/jaw, neck...
Pat it dry but also very genntly with clean towel. After that i mixed the Proactive with water ( i used bottled wated) and mixed it 1 to 5 where 1 would be the Proactive and 5 water, mixed it in s bowl once a day.
Then i would wash my face with this regiment as i normaly wash my face, keep it for about 2-3 minutes on my face and then i simply blot my face dry. I just use my bath towel but try to keep it very clean. will remove the oil on the surface but not the oil that penetrated your pores.I stoped using any lotions for about 2 - 3 month while was doing this.
Well, that's pretty much all i have to say.

I excualy went ahead and searsc for realy gentle brush, here is the link on amazon.com - http://amazon.com/Gentle-Care-Brush-and-Comb/ chechk it out and pick one you like. But i think almast any brush will be good just have to make sure and use it as gentle as possible, that extra irritation you don't need.

Before i forgot, i do mix the Proactive solution and not Head and Shoulders i am sure of that. I am glad u brought this question up because i also, a while back, did find some info on H&S that people use it for like bacne an stuff so i tried it myself but it did not work for me. I mean i did not notice any difference at all after 3-4 weeks of using the HS. So i am using now the proactive...

Here is my regiment and it is very simple.
I started shower twice a day and while in the shower (hot shower), i started washing my face with Ovante acne cleanser, just use a suft spange or soft and clean towel and rub the cleanser then let it rinse, and i repeated 3 times, the black heads were gone after about 2-3 month, i mean they are gone i hople for good.
