The Jock itch is one of the most difficult type of fungal infection to get rid of. It caused by Tinea Cruris one of many fungi family members, a ringworm fungus which looks like huphae and multiplies on dead cells of epidermis, hair and nails. According to public information the Jock-itch mostly spread out in warmer regions with tropical climate because moist and warm weather are
big " help " to Tinea (Jock-itch) to multiply in immense numbers over very short period of time.
It was published in many medical publications that the Jock-itch does not occur in the body areas such as scrotum and penis even though it sometimes can be misdiagnosed with The Tinea Cruris is very contagious however and most common areas for this skin infection are groin, skin folds, buttocks, upper thighs, anal area and not often pelvis. The symptoms can differ a little from one case to another but the most common are:

- The edges of the affected areas have scaly, distinct, sharp and vaguely raised patches. Sometimes bumps also appear which look like blisters.
- The affected areas also have burning sensations and inflammations.
- Peeling, cracking or flaking also occur on the different affected areas.
- Red brown color appears on the affected skin surface, which is conspicuous with the color of the other parts of the body.

Acne and Fish Oil the Immense benefits.
We've been receiving many letters from our readers to start a discussion on different acne diets and one of them is consumption of Fish Oil and its effects on acne. From what i understood from very little research, the use of Fish Oil in our daily diet can help with acne treatments.
Eventhough it sounded little odd for me at first trying to find the connection between the two, i decided to look around, search the Web on Benefits of Fish Oil and ane treatments. It turned out that the Fish Oil is abundant with Omega 3, 6, and 9 Fatty Acids, which if used daily have some great benefits for acne treatments.
So, here it is, the word is out now, so i will start my own little research on Fish Oil and Acne and it will be posted here as soon as i get all the facts together.
